Your Local PT is an outdoor training business operating group outdoor classes in both Arana  Hills and Lutwyche. There are many added benefits in that we are outdoor and in the wide open spaces and around like minded people that actually willl talk to you. They will also offer motivationsn encouragement for free as well.
One On One clients are trained in many of the Northern suburbs of Brisbane in parks and homes. You benefit from us being a mobile service so it saves you time and expensive gym fees.
