    I think this day spa has lost its lustre. I found the staff inexperienced and unprofessional, far from the expectations of a supposed 5 star day spa. The whole experience was just 'good', given their prices I wouldn't be back for the standard they offer. The staff at reception was unprofessional and rude towards another staff in front of clients. The rooms looked like they needed a good dusting. The other staff while nice enough didn't offer the level of service expected for a salon touting itself as a premier salon of high calibre. I won't be back.

    I had the most horrifying experience ever going in to this spa. I went in to find a moisturizer that I had tried about 5 years ago. A staff came to assist me. I told them that I was after a face lotion. They got extremely annoyed that I called moisturizer face lotion! After about five minutes of explaining that I wanted a face lotion they finallyshowed me some products. Since the product was almost 200 dollars I asked for a sample. They sighed loudly and went out the back to get one. They came back and very unproffesionally tapped me on my arm with the sample. They gave me the wrong product and as they were giving it to me they said bye! I was appaled and chocked by their behavior and walked out! I am never going back and would warn anyone thinking about going here to watch out for the rude staff!

    This is a 5 star Day Spa offering such unique and individually tailored services. I always treat myself to a Spa package each year. I loved laying in the Cleopatra milk bath, enjoyed seeing centimetres come off my waist after the Body wrap and my skin felt ever so soft after the Body scrub. The champagne lunch that is served is delicious. Robyne, the Owner is very professional and knows how to tailor the perfect day for you!

    Melanie cut my hair and she made me look years younger. I was given coffee and the most delicious chocolate cake, which made me feel at home. The owner, Robyne Armstrong, makes you feel very welcome every time. And the prices are good value. Well worth a visit.
