    I took mum here for my first visit. I had a cut and blow-dry and my Mum had a colour and blow-dry. Both of us left very impressed. My hairdresser (Jess) took the time to listen to what i wanted and to recommend some options, normally most hairdressers just do what they want. My Mum always wanted soft highlights instead of old persons hair! the colour is beautiful. We will be back and recommend highly. Jo

    Horrible customer service. went in to have a blow-dry with a friend of mine. it was her birthday so we wanted to do something fun together. We were seated apart from each other, we asked if we could sit together the staff said in an extremely rude manner that "We're not moving you. this is the best you will get, you should be lucky that you arent on separate floors". Understandable but what about saying it in a polite way? Then they go on to say that they were going to charge me an extra fee because I have long hair. The extra fee was 115% of the price of a blow-dry. I would have understood an extra fee of 30%, but 115%?? come on! My hair is only about 5 cm longer than my friends. I said that what about if you do my hair straight with no waves and leave out the treatment. For about 15 minutes they were unwilling to meet me half way and kept saying that I had to pay more because it was going to be so much more work since I have long hair. Finally after 15 minutes they said that they would give me the blow-dry for the initial price without an extra fee. I had one staff working on my hair and my friend had two. My friend was finished only 3 minutes before I was. So the argument that its more work to do my hair doesnt hold. Blow-dry was not better than what I could have done my self, the waves and volume disappeared after an hour. I won't be going back.

    Highly recommended.. Visited today and left the best foils i have ever had. My hairdresser explained what she would do and didn't cut crazy amounts off like other hairdressers in previous salons. All the staff were friendly and attentive. a great experience and i have recommended to all my friends and looking forward to my next visit

    truly great experience. My hairdresser worked with my old and tired hair to give me a beautiful new style and the best foils i've ever had. Great atmosphere, coffee and i enjoyed the glass of champers. Already coming back in for another visit before christmas with my girlfriend.

    these guys really helped me out! i went to them with out of control fuzzy hair, i had about 4 different colours from other disaster trips to other salons. My hairdresser took time to listen and advise me on what would suit. I left with a beautiful glowing even colour, the first in a long time and a cut that suited curly hair. they also gave me a keratin treatment, after 4 washes i still don't resemble the scary mess of before. THANK YOU!! xxxxx i cannot give you enough thanks, you have won me for life..

    My hair was long but has always felt quite thin, I decided to get extensions to thicken it up a little. I found Zenith through the Internet read the reviews and decided to give them a go. I cant believe the difference in my hair, I love my extensions. They are not noticeable and my friends and work colleagues don't even realise I have them. The hair is the best of quality compared to others I looked at. All the hairdressers were extremely professional in their approach and explanation of how they were applying my extensions and how to look after them when I left. Zenith is very experienced salon at extensions and I felt very looked after.

    My first visit to Zenith and I am very happy with the cut and the colour - the highlights are perfect. Love the staff, so friendly and professional. The salon is in a Great location too. Already had heaps of great compliments.
