amazing hairdressers! My hair has never looked so beautiful, great salon experience, I have just had my hair coloured and cut with zink for the first time. The stylist took her time to listen to what i wanted and then made me feel ready to face the world again. By the way loved the latest magazines too.

I walk out looking the same as I did walking in, only to be $350 shorter. Its disgusting how much they charged me, and as a young girl it was close to my weeks pay. I asked to go blonder with really blonde ends, and instead she dies the top the same colour it was before, so they didn't even do it how I wanted, plus I had a photo so I'm not really sure how they can go wrong. I had a colour, cut, toner, and treatment. They should tell you how much it is going to be when they start putting treatments like that in peoples hair. And they blow-dryed and straightened my hair because she has to cut it dry.. for $95!! its ridiculous pricing and for what you get, it is definitely not worth it. To make matters worse, I spent half my day in there (4 hours) because I had to wait for the hairdresser to do another 5 peoples hair while she is doing mine! And they even had the nerve to try to make me buy shampoo and conditioner which would have bumped it up to over $400. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Worst hairdresser i have EVER been to!! Rude staff, terrible service! Had my hair cut here recently, i requested 2 inches to be cut off and the hairdresser cut over 5 inches off in the first cut. Tried to "fix it" by cutting it shorter and shorter and completely destroying my hair. Id also requested streaks, which they managed to dye the exact same colour as my hair so they were not visable. When i politely complained i got verbally abused by the management, who yelled and swore at me, to the point i had to leave the store as they were completely irrate. Needless to say i had extensions put in the next day which cost me $500 out of pocket. The hairsresser who installed these was so appauled by the terrible haircut i'd received and even took photos to warn people off going there. Beware, if you want a decent haircut without being abused by the staff this is NOT the place to go. Will be lodging a complaint with consumer affairs.

  ^^ i did come back, first via phone and then i was invited to an "appointment" with the manager, who upon me attending swore at me! Never experienced such bad customer service! Will not be addressing any further concerns with management after i was scared last time!

Some might say they were just doing their job, but I say they went above and beyond. I was stranded in my hometown over the Christmas break, in dire straits for some TLC for my mop of a hairdo. A friend of mine was back in town at the same time and noticed that she looked like she walked off the set of a movie, and the power of word of mouth jumped right in - apparently she had visited one particular hairdresser at Zink in Unley. I picked up the phone immediately and I believe the manager it was I spoke to, arranged for me to come in within a couple of days - he was outstanding.
On the day of my appointment, the team were great. My hairdresser knew exactly what she was doing and even let me sit still and quiet for an hour or so which was heaven on Earth, after all the craziness of catching up with friends and family had been over the break. I can't recommend the team at Zink in Unley enough. Truly awesome, thanks guys!

I have been going there for the last 11 years and will never go to another hairdresser. The staff are great - friendly and helpful. Coffee and background music relax you as you go through your hair pampering session. Massage chairs when getting your hair rinsed. And the list goes on. I highly recommend this hairdressers to anyone looking for a new hairdresser, regardless of where they live (I live at Woodcroft - 25 kilometres from Zink).
