These guys are awful. I bought a used car here, a Forester. Told me the timing belt had been replaced at the 100K service which their own service department had done, and they would send me out the full record of it with the other papers. Not true, the belt is the original. Had to get an independent assessment to find this out. When I confronted them about it they told me they'd get back to me - never did of course. So I wrote to the management about it. No reply. Got my money, don't care any more. Should never have taken their word, but how can you deal with people whose every word needs independent verification? On top of that the road worthy cert was expired when they sold me the car. I had to point this out, and then they got it re-done in about ten minutes. Same service dept. That night I realised there were two lights out. Had to take it back, and then they tried to tell me the lights had blown since I took the car. Two lights blow just after the ten-minute road-worthy is done. Yeah right. Unreliable. Does it get much worse? I'll give them half a star for fixing the lights, though an apology would have been more in order than a grumpy argument. Disgruntled and insulted. Can't recommend them lower.
