  • Took the i30 in for a regular service at a capped price, spent the time in the nearby RSL using a free coffe and cake voucher. Won $75 on the pokies, collected the car. Simple and happy.

  • Hello had my Elantra serviced (22500) and everything is going well. My car was cleaned and vacced nice touch. Question, is it possible to get a loan car when my car is being serviced?

  • great customer service in the sales department, gave me a really good deal when I purchased my first car last year. Would recommend them to anyone, very very helpful. My problem is with the service department My first service at the start of this year was fine, excellent customer service gave me a clear and correct time frame on when my car would be ready and I could come and pick it up. Recently went down there due to issues with my front light. I was told that it would take them about an hour to look at the car and determine what they could do with it. An hour and a half later Wes came in and said that they had to get authorisation to repair and that they would be calling me to let me know when to bring it in. 3 weeks later, had received no call. Called the service centre spoke to Nicole, she told me she knew nothing about it and would get back to me that day. 5 days later i get a text asking to book in so they can repair. Spoke to Nicole, she told me that it would only take 1 hour to repair. Brought my car down the next week, 2 and a half hours later it was ready to go. not very happy. I understand that they are very busy, but please give a correct and somewhat correct time indication so that people know and are not waiting 2 and a half hours, when they were told 1 hour. I am only posting this as this has happened twice now, the time frames that the receptionists (Nicole and Wes) have given me on 2 occasions have been incorrect. totally understand that they do not service the cars, but surely they could give someone roughly a correct timeframe. apart from that I am very happy with their customer service, they are always very welcoming and easy to get along with.

  • Good customer service and they service car well.. Couldn't get the wheel alignment done as machine was broken.. Pricing a little too expensive compared to other providers. Overall, happy with the service.
  • Had my 2012 Hyundai Elantra here for 45000 klm service.My first time with this servive dept.Staff were all friendly and helpfull while booking in.I was then driven home and picked up later when car was readyby friendly courtious staff.Price was as quoted.A good experience would reccomend without hesitation to all. Car was clean and felt tight and as new when returned to me.

  • I could not speak highly enough about the service I received from the service centre. It was exceptional!! I bought a Hyundai ix35 from another dealership 18 months ago. I have had an ongoing problem which they have not been able to fix (and seemed not interested to fix). The Browns Plains Hyundai service centre were very willing to service my vehicle regardless of any previous issues or being purchased elsewhere. They accommodated me for service times. The service from every person was exceptional - Aaron, Stephanie, Chris and the receptionist. My service was completed on time, with transport provided, extremely friendly service AND they found the problem which others could not find for 18 months! I will definitely be returning to Hyundai Service Centre!! Thank you so much. It is such a relief to find a great service centre!!
  • My wife and I bought an I30 crdi and have no complaints with the level of service we received from Ben ,Kieth and Rachael it was a trouble free purchase at a very competitive price only thing was, we understand it was Rachael's job to up sell the extras but we just were not interested and didn't like the pushiness to get extras ,Kieth was fabulous in securing the lowest interest rate for our loan and Ben was a genuine gentleman throughout our sale and even threw in a few extras with the already reduced drive away price.We will consider returning to them when we decide to up grade our IX35 in 3-4yrs time just based on our experience from purchasing the I30
  • Service department were very unhelpful. We bought our Hyundai elsewhere and told to go here to check out a fault and get the problem fixed through our warranty. They found the problem told us we need to contact the other dealership and Hyundai to sort the issue out. Thanks for wasting 2 days to figure out the problem and your unhelpful resolution.

      We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.

      As requested, we diagnosed the problem with your 2009 Hyundai. Unfortunately, the Hyundai factory warranty had expired on this car. Also, the nature of the issue which was caused by poor maintenance by the previous owner before you means it would not have been covered by Hyundai Factory warranty. As you only bought the car in the last few days, our recommendation was to refer you back to the selling dealer as they may have been able to assist with the legislated statutory warranty as this was your best chance to reduce any potential costs for this repair.   • Bought my i30 sr new from them once they had my money didn't want nothing to do with me.everything they told me when i bought my car was b******t as ive slowly found out.Every time I had an issue with something failing it was my fault even though it ended being not being my fault, Id never deal with them again and ive warned everyone I know to never deal with this people. All up absolutely disgraceful with sales and service department.
