great customer service in the sales department, gave me a really good deal when I purchased my first car last year. Would recommend them to anyone, very very helpful. My problem is with the service department My first service at the start of this year was fine, excellent customer service gave me a clear and correct time frame on when my car would be ready and I could come and pick it up. Recently went down there due to issues with my front light. I was told that it would take them about an hour to look at the car and determine what they could do with it. An hour and a half later Wes came in and said that they had to get authorisation to repair and that they would be calling me to let me know when to bring it in. 3 weeks later, had received no call. Called the service centre spoke to Nicole, she told me she knew nothing about it and would get back to me that day. 5 days later i get a text asking to book in so they can repair. Spoke to Nicole, she told me that it would only take 1 hour to repair. Brought my car down the next week, 2 and a half hours later it was ready to go. not very happy. I understand that they are very busy, but please give a correct and somewhat correct time indication so that people know and are not waiting 2 and a half hours, when they were told 1 hour. I am only posting this as this has happened twice now, the time frames that the receptionists (Nicole and Wes) have given me on 2 occasions have been incorrect. totally understand that they do not service the cars, but surely they could give someone roughly a correct timeframe. apart from that I am very happy with their customer service, they are always very welcoming and easy to get along with.
