Purchased a used vehicle from zupps browns plains last year. I do not recommend them as all they want is a quick sale. Once the sale is over customer service is disgraceful. Also I got my car serviced at zupps aspley and they told me my spare had a puncture & had to be replaced but the funny thing is I hadn\'t even touched the spare since I purchased the vehicle from browns plains. Won\'t be going back or recommending them.

Went in for a test drive and without going into "details" got into a "situation" that went over 2 weeks to get our money back. I'm sure if you asked them about it they would be able to recall it.

Also no negotiation on price, did better in 10 minutes elsewhere.

Service department is absolutley awful, worst service I have ever experienced!
Have to questioned wheather they actually did the service.
Spent $60k on 2 cars, great sales experience, however will not buy here again.
    Other dealers are much better.
    Shame.

These guys are awful. I bought a used car here, a Forester. Told me the timing belt had been replaced at the 100K service which their own service department had done, and they would send me out the full record of it with the other papers. Not true, the belt is the original. Had to get an independent assessment to find this out. When I confronted them about it they told me they'd get back to me - never did of course. So I wrote to the management about it. No reply. Got my money, don't care any more. Should never have taken their word, but how can you deal with people whose every word needs independent verification? On top of that the road worthy cert was expired when they sold me the car. I had to point this out, and then they got it re-done in about ten minutes. Same service dept. That night I realised there were two lights out. Had to take it back, and then they tried to tell me the lights had blown since I took the car. Two lights blow just after the ten-minute road-worthy is done. Yeah right. Unreliable. Does it get much worse? I'll give them half a star for fixing the lights, though an apology would have been more in order than a grumpy argument. Disgruntled and insulted. Can't recommend them lower.

Well it took 9 months for a reply on this thread - an identical reply, I note, to a complaint made by another customer in that time. Over the nine months since my initial comment, I ended up speaking to the ACCC, who put me onto the Qld Office of Fair Trading, who ultimately got onto Zupps through their legal framework, and I had a call soon after from Zupps Browns Plains who offered to replace my timing belt. This was subsequently done, and I am thankful for it, though you can perhaps imagine how impressed I remain with my experience.

Zupps at Hillcrest is located in an easy to find location. I am neutral on the service department as I feel they didn't full fill on my vehicle. It is presently back in being worked on again for the same issue that I paid big dollars to fix.
