Once again we are very impressed with this company. They recently installed our grid connected solar power system. We had a few quotes; one was by a major energy supplier. McAlister Electrical impressed me not only by turning up on time but being happy to spend the time to explain it all to me - in English. Even before we had made our decision, Bob emailed me several times with answers to questions I thought about after he had given us his quote. They talked me through it when they were done installing the system. We also took advantage of the interest free finance that they offer, an added bonus!! I found McAlister Electrical on here at true local a year ago and wanted to let others know that they still offering the same friendly, professional service. I am proud to have supported a QLD family business.

Bob and the team from McAlister Electrical is an example of What sets them apart! Skilled service, Comparative price and Excellent communication with the customer on situational awareness (ie, keeping you informed when/where required) with flexibility to work and to meet the customers needs.There may be cheaper services, but youll get the job done right the first time, every time.

I have contracted McAlister Electrical for a number of jobs and have always found them to be very knowledgeable, friendly yet professional and they provide an excellent service. Well, seeing that first kilowatt of power being generated was pleasing and it feels good doing our little bit to reduce our carbon footprint. We would like to congratulate, Bob and his team on a very professional job. Its so pleasing to see professional tradesman at work. Little things like cleaning up after wards and the willingness to explain what was going on during the installation made a big difference. We got two other quotes for our installation and some of the information given to us by those companies was quite misleading, we are very happy a friend recommended that we get a quote from Bob before going ahead, he took the time to explain everything in detail.Mrs L. We have used the team at McAlister Electrical on a couple of occasions. They were always on time, very professional, polite and courteous, reasonably priced and safety conscious. We'll definitely be using McAlister Electrical in the near future for a Solar installation and we know that we'll receive quality workmanship and a quality product, and it will all be covered by a solid warranty. It's not hard to see why McAlister Electrical have received great reviews. They're definitely top of my list for Electricians and Solar installers. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

I have always been fairly cynical regarding reviews but my husband chose McAlister Electrical on "their great reviews". Well, I am converted! These guys answered the phone politely and with enthusiasm, turned up on time, offered us advice and answered every query I had with patience and professionalism.On completion they tidied up everything, it was spotless. Two weeks after they carried out the work at our property I then contacted them as one of our tenant's had a problem with a light in the kitchen. Bob told us to check that they had the right size starter as this may be the problem. It was and cost us under $5 to fix it ourselves! Honest and reliable, I am now a huge fan of Bob and his team. Keep up the great customer service guys.

How hard is it to find a good electrician these days? Then look no further because these guys are fantastic (really!!) Swayed by the already positive reviews listed here we used McAlister Electrical for the electrical installation of our new Oven and Cook top. Their service, advice, professionalism, timeliness and courteousness were outstanding - exactly as other customers have described. They also gave us heaps of suggestions on how we could save money on our power bill and answered all our questions on having Solar Power installed. We have since asked them to design and install our new Solar Power System and are looking forward to the subsequent decrease in our power bills. I can highly recommend these guys to anyone wanting a quality job performed at a competitive price.
