I love this Salon! I have been a client of Carols for a few years & have never had such an amazing hairdresser! She does the best foils and seems to know exactly what I want when it comes to style. Her apprentice Courtney is also fantastic and will do very well if she keeps up her hard work :-) I have done and will continue to recommend you to my friends! Well done YOU GUYS ROCK!

I have been using this salon for a few years now and absolutely love it. I feel welcomed, supported and the atmosphere is great. I love that I can work quietly or chat away whilst I am in the salon and the girls always seem to know which I would prefer on any given day. My sixteen year old daughter is now also hooked on Cuts and Colours and this is wonderful "us time" that we can share together. I love that I get to buy all my little extras from Carol and the team like the SUkiri products....and oh yes....my hair....fantastic! Thanks Carol and team for making this a great salon, relaxed and inviting and for always doing my hair with such confidence and style. Also thanks for always trying to fit me in around my busy schedule, you're awesome.

The worst cut and colour i have ever recieved!! The reason why i went to this salon was because i saw all the good reviews on this sight. I called up and got in the next day.. no wonder why they wernt busy!! I asked for a full head of foils but really i recieved a half head as the staff left half of my hair out of foils. I had the management do my colour. When i went to the sink to get my hair washed by the staff it felt like the staff was ripping my hair out. It wasnt a pleasent experience, the staff was giving me a "head massage" and i just wanted the staff to get it over and done with. So when i called to make my appointment i specifically asked for a senior stylist to do my hair.. but when it came to my haircut the staff who had done my colour was busy with another client, so the less experienced staff came and cut my hair. It was the worst haircut i have had in over 15 years. That staff shouldnt be allowed to cut hair. Ever since that haircut i have had my hair up in bobby pins because i am to embarresed to leave it down. The management is obveosly not making enough money to hire senior stylists and cutting costs by using less experienced staffs who have no idea. So all together for my "full head" of foils which was really half a head and a cut cost me nearly $200. The staff who work there are lovely but i would have preffured a rude staff and a good haircut/colour. My hair is now yellow and im still growing out my horrible haircut.

As we only have your first name, we have no idea of finding out who did your cut or attendend to you at the basin.   I'm so sorry that you haven't felt able to call the salon Sarah so that we can resolve your situation. I just cannot believe that this has happened in our salon as we pride ourselves not just in our hairdressing capabilities but also our customer service. The only time since we've been open and had a non-senior cutting hair was only for 7 weeks since this Christmas, and that employee no longer works for us. I admit that sometimes we do get it wrong, and that we are not perfect but the fact that everything went wrong in your instance is distressing. As you know, myself and Suezy have many reviews on this site from regular clients that we are very proud of. Two recent staff members no longer work for us and only senior stylists are approved to cut hair. I would sincerely love to talk to you further about this matter and would also like to know that all of our reviews are from genuine clients as I'm sure that you can appreciate that a forum like this can be abused.   Sorry i didnt see that you had commented. Thanks a lot i appreciate that you are concerned about my experience in your salon. I have recently moved back to Melbourne so i will try and call as soon as i get the chance. Your salon is lovely and every one that works there are great so i feel bad that i had to write a bad review. It must of been a one off that i recieved a bad haircut. Im glad to hear that the senior stylists are only cutting hair as it was a junior who cut mine. I will get in contact with you as soon as i can and let you know what went wrong. Thanks for following it up though, most salons wouldnt have cared.

I've always been the type of client that would love a professional to help decide would look best for me... my experience at colours + cuts has been by far the most positive in that regard :) Liana really took my needs and wants on boards and I've never been happier with my hairstyle! If you're unsure, take my word for it... the place rocks :)

I whole heartedly recommend Colours + Cuts in Rockingham. The crew are so friendly and definitely the best value for money salon in the area. Suzi and Liana are absolutely lovely and have bought my drab hair back to life.

I would recommend Colours + Cuts to anyone looking for a great experience. Getting your hair done is a treat to yourself and they really make that the experience you receive. The staff are extremely welcoming and great at what they do and the salon is clean and modern a very comfortable environment to relax in. Thank you Liana for doing my hair, you have done a great job!! Coming in with a rainbow of colours on my head I was'nt sure if I could achieve an even all over natural look, but you certainly put in the hard work and achieved just that!! I Could not be happier!! :o) I loved coming to the salon and after years of floating from one salon to another to achieve something I was happy with, I will now be making Colours + Cuts my regular port of call. i would highly recommend going to colours + cuts it has a beautiful and friendly atmosphere i felt very comfortable with my stylist Liana, and she did the exact cut style that i wanted for a long time that other hairdressers couldn't get right, i will now have colours + cuts as my regular salon as i was very impressed with everything..there wasn't as dull moment speaking to Liana and also hearing the friendly conversations around me

i recommend u go to colours+cuts they do a brilliant job they are welcoming, loyal nice people who are good at there jobs me and my mum both go there and our hair always turns out good. i just got my hair done on Tuesday by Liana shes new to the salon and she did a great job on my hair i would defiantly go back for her to do my hair again :)

I have been a long time client of Carol's at Colours + Cuts. This is the 3rd salon that I have followed her too. I have tried many hairdressers in the past and I have never found a more welcoming bunch of people. (The now 45min drive is well worth it!)
Not only do they exceed my expectations with my hair every time, I have a fantastic and fun time every time I go. From the greeting at the door to the Caramel Lattes and choc chip cookies they spoil me with it is always a positive experience.
I highly recommend a visit :)

I moved to Rockingham a few months ago and found this place after doing a google search. They were able to fit me in on the same day. Staff are fantastic and treat people as individuals, not just another client. Turely refreshing. I've been back a couple of times. My hair has never been healthier and I have never been happier with a salon.
I'll never go to another hair dresser again.
