OzSquad outdoor fitness sessions are fun, sociable and effective. You will want to come back time and time again and OzSquad will become part of just what you do!

OzSquad group sessions are held at 6am every Tuesday and Thursday - we meet on the beach steps at the end of Wentworth Street opposite Ben & Jerrys. Prices start from just $12.50 per session with the January special offer.

    Every Tuesday and Thursday at 5.40am I think, 'I'm not a morning person'. But after an hour at OzSquad, I'm always so pleased I went and feel great for the rest of the day. Carly's sessions are always varied and lots of fun, and I've seen a huge improvement in my strength and ability, but perhaps best of all, I'm back into my prewedding jeans! (Jo, Manly)
