These guys do good work but the prices are getting a little bit on the expensive side, a staff who works there is an excellent guy to deal with and truly exudes customer service. He is the reason we will keep going back.

Bought a TV, and had tuning & power issues with it from day one. Called Head Office to help and was constantly put on hold (basically ignored). Ended up being put through to a different department and was helped in the end by a camera salesman? This is certainly not a well run business.
