I spent mid winter 2010 and Christmas 2010. at Avalon Backpackers. I am a 69 year old lady and I had a wonderful stay here. This is a beautifully run hostel. comfortable I have no hesitation in giving it my highest approval rating. On a scale from 1-10 10 being the highest and best. it is definitely a 10. the family that runs it are beautiful people as are the staff. nothing is too much trouble for them to meet your comfort. I love this place and it is my top holiday place to be. well done Avalon Beach back packers. Hope to see you again soon.
