I just went there today as I had very little cash to spend on a dentist. I'm not an aussie resident yet and have no Medicare but I do have private health insurance with BUPA but very low extras so I was expecting a scale and clean to cost me at least $200. There turned out to be an excess of $121 but they covered it! I was so surprised I asked why/if they were subsidised but she said nope....anyway I'm thrilled to know I can afford a "free" cleaning a year now! Oh and he didn't pretend I needed my fillings re-done or anything which I was on the lookout for, as a dentist I went to with a Groupon last year tried to tell me that (I called BS...rightfully so!) Also he was lovely, really friendly and chatty (canadian and south african accent, ask for him, he's there two days a week). They did a great job, really clean place, very impressed! Recommended for my fellow expats :p
