This location is smaller so there's less places to sit. But if you're in the middle of the city and are craving the Belgium waffles with a side of fruit and a salted caramel milkshake, then this will hit the spot. It's great for when my wife is shopping and I need a place to chill. Pricey, sure, but that's Max Brenner for you.

I came here with my then-fiancee (now wife) for dinner during New Years Eve last year. The service was wonderful and attentive. We had a set NYE menu and while portions were small, the food was amazing. We stayed until the fireworks display at Darling Harbour. The view, people watching, everything was worth the pricey dinner. I would definitely recommend guys to take their wife or girlfriend here for NYE once.

Met some friends here on a Thurs. night. The downstairs room is small, so just be prepared to get 'cozy' with the neighboring table (not necessarily a bad thing). BYOB so we brought a couple of wine bottles from a nearby liquor store.
The food was excellent, even some of the more unusual dishes that we ordered. Service was very friendly. The place settings including plates looked straight from Nepal, which adds to the ambiance. Highly recommend the Boko Ko Takari (goat curry) and Bhuttan (you guessed it, pan-fried chicken livers).
