View allI really must commend Bunnings for their fantastic customer service. I just took back a blind with a faulty mechanism to the Mascot store - a year after I first purchased it. Nothing was a problem, they tracked the original receipt because I only had a bank statement to show proof of purchase and the instantly replaced the faulty mechanism. It really made my day - so thank-you to the staff and manager it was greatly appreciated and will really keep me coming back to the store.
