I can never thank Bruno enough for what he's done for me and my son. My wife and I enlisted Bruno to help our son with his fitness and speed for his rugby. For about 6 weeks I would take my son to train with Bruno whilst I sat and watched feeling disgusted with myself. It wasn't until I visited my doctor for a health check up that I then realized I needed to start exercising for my own good. After not working out for about 18 years, I didn't have the motivation to exercise let alone go on a diet. I was 134kgs and on the verge of getting high blood pressure. I couldn't even run or jog because I was too heavy and kept getting shin splints.

I decided to get help from Bruno because my son was starting to show tremendous progress in his fitness, speed, and strength.

In about 6 months I had lost 30kgs and felt like I was 21 again. Now, I can jog. I play touch with my son and his mates and I can play a whole game. No more shin splints. My son is a hell of a lot faster, stronger and fitter.....and the rest is history.
