I saw Dr Felicity Minogue a few times and she is so lovely. I have also seen maybe Gabby on one occasion and she was really nice too and down to earth. The practice is generally always full of mothers and children in the waiting room.
I wasn't aware that there was an expectation that children should be bulk billed. If children make up the bulk of a practice, it is hardly going to thrive as a business if all the doctors are getting is a small Medicare rebate. It is not a medical centre. At the end of the day, it is a business like any other and they are providing a service and they would have their own running costs.
I didn't come across the rudest receptionist in the world myself.
