Excellent coffee and wonderful staff. A great intimate local cafe. As it is so small, sometimes difficult to get a seat, especially on weekends. However, it is definitely worth the wait if you have time.

**** WARNING **** Do not use this company.

We were quoted a $70 per hour maximum charge + any service costs. The technician came out and looked at our unit and advised they would need to come back for a repair.

They then charged us $187 for the 15min service call.

When we questioned them abut the charge, they blamed the office, saying. We had to pay the bill. They then told us the service charge would come off the cost of our final bill. They then gave us a verbal quote for the repair of between $500 and $600.

After chasing for 2 weeks we finally got the quote back and its over $900.
We were told that a verbal quote meant nothing and that we could not prove that they gave us the figure of between $500 and $600. We contacted them and said they could not do anything, and the quote stands.

They kept our $187 and we still haven't got our machine fixed.
