Lovely setting but the food was average. The share plates were quite small and the pizzas were salty, light on topping, heavy on cheese and lacking taste.

I attended a conference here. Was a tad disappointed with the size of the room for the price paid and no bath. The conference facilities were fine. The gardens are lovely. If you're a visitor with no car this is not near anything exceot a zoo.

This is one of my "never fail" pub lunch spots. The food is always excellent - the burgers are my personal favourite - but I've never heard anyone complain about their meal regardless of what they've ordered. It's usually really busy but there's never a long wait.

I love attending shows here. The theatre is beautiful. If it's not allocated seating, head upstairs to chill out on the lounges while watching your show.

Always a bit dubious about the amount of sessions needed to treat any injury however, right from the start City Physiotherapy made it clear they were not going to give me any more sessions than was absolutely necessary - refreshing! True to their word two sessions and I was back to normal. Excellent staff.

We'd been eyeing off this place for a while and decided to head in. It was not the best yum cha I've ever had but it was far from the worst. The twice cooked dumplings in ginger glaze were brilliant, the sping onion pancake was nice as were the chive dumplings, scallop dumplings and king prawn in rice pastry. The salt and pepper squid was crispy and tasty. The service was good. Overall is was a good yum cha experience without the crowds and mania of a weekend yum cha (not that that doesn't add to the yum cha experience in my opinion!)

We had a fantastic lunch here on the weekend. The bbq meat was of a high quality and and the side dishes that accompany it were delicious. We also tried the fried and steamed dumplings which were yummy too. The bibimbob had loads of nice things in it and was demolished quickly. The service all through lunch was excellent with some interesting facts about Korean food thrown in too!

We discovered that Pierogis are dumplings and they are delicious!! You can eat in and if you like them you can some frozen pierogis home and keep them in the freezer. They also have other meals such as stuffed capsicums, goulash, hunter stew etc. The stuffed capsicums are delicious!

I ordered through online which was quick and easy. Saigon Gate took a bit longer than the quoted 60 minute collection time but that was ok. Unfortunately right at the last minute they advised that they were out of tofu so a last minute switch to salt and pepper squid was arranged. The cold rolls were lovely. Unfortunately the salt and pepper squid lacked salt and pepper and wasn't crispy (but this may not have been the best thing to order takeaway). The vietnamese noodle soup was a good size and had plenty of good chicken and fresh rice noodles. The stock was a bit sweet for my liking but had plenty of flavour. The combination rice hot pot again had plenty of stuff in it but the sauce didn't taste right - again this could have been a case of ordering something takeaway that really shouldn't be. I would order from Saigon Gate again if I need a vietnamese fix and don't feel like going out.

We stopped in for breakfast after the dawn service and Argos was packed however, the staff were not fazed at all and had a smile on their face and were prepared with a waiting list. Within minutes of being placed on the list we were seated at a bench table and placed our order. Our drinks came out extremely promptly. At the same time the wait staff noticed that a table had cleared up and moved us there to finish our breakfast. The coffees were excellent and my smoothie was yummy. The eggs, chorizo and pancetta was a meat lovers dream breakfast and the veggie breaky was delicious - the beans looked and tasted homemade (so I hope they were). The only minor criticism was the hashbrown - with all this lovely goodness on the plate why serve a commercially made hashbrown? Definitely recommend Argos.
