The worst kfc I have ever had. Bad, service, wrong items and cold uncooked chicken. Disgusting and I would avoid at all cost!

When first speaking to this company on the phone they seemed very accommodating and helpful, however, when they failed to show up at the advised time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. 3hrs later I called to try and get an estimated time. It took them a while to get back to me but said the planned drivers had been caught up and an alternate driver had been arranged. When a few hours later I still hadn't heard I tried to contact them again with my calls going unanswered, I was however texted the number of an alleged driver. When I called this number a very confused conversation followed as it was the wrong number. AGAIN I tried to call the company my call going to voicemail. I texted through my concern and was provided another number, at this time when I contacted the alternative number that driver told me he didn't know about a pick up for me and the earliest he could attend would be the following day. For a 9am to 11am pick up I wasted an entire Friday. I called a competitor Friday night, they came promptly Saturday morning and were cheaper than the price quote by Dirt Cheap. Certainly would not recommend unless you would enjoy bad service with an obvious disregard for customer service.
