One of the best removalists I've come across - and I've moved a lot. Owner-run business makes a difference. Work on weekends, reasonable rates, careful, clock begins when arrive at your door, friendly and reliable, willing to whatever you need regarding setting things up. We found a few small marks on furniture afterwards regrettably, but compared to many of our other moves, this wasn't so bad.

I wanted a good and detailed clean and was willing to pay for it. J Smart cleaned quite well for some months - although every week they would vary staff meaning new ones would have to learn from scratch and they would inevitably miss some key things. But I stuck with them.

Then they changed their business model without telling me and began cutting half an hour of time off and a lot of corners. When I asked them to do what we'd agreed, they did so twice and then quit with two days notice saying it was no longer profitable. This is not what was agreed or what I paid for. Don't go with them. Better establish a relationship with someone else.
