Worst movie store I ever signed up with. Used to hire from them at least once a week but sopped as the Oovie machines became more popular. Had not been in there for at least 4 months when I too received a notice of an "unpaid fine". Despite having my contact number and address not once did they contact me to inform me of this "unpaid fine". Not surprised that they are no longing trading if that is how they treat their customers.

The best buffet I have ever been to. The selection of gourmet delicacies are to die for including seafood - oysters, crab, prawns, smoked salmon, sweet chilli octopus, mussels - fresh and yum!!!! For the non-seafood lovers there is a great selection of pasta, meat and fish dishes, sides, a variety of salads, antipastos and warm, fresh bread rolls. Try not to fill up as the desserts are to die for. Mini cheesecakes, mirror mud cake, tarts, ice cream, lollies and fruit. 5 star customer service from the minute you walk through the entrance and throughout the dining experience. Then when you can barely walk from being so full the wonderful Sheraton staff are on hand to get you a taxi straight away. We will definitely be dining here again.

We hired a new Corolla from Bayswater for our trip the Blue Mountains. Booking the vehicle was simple online and a convenient location to pick up from. The rates are reasonable particularly as they offer unlimited kms. My only gripe was when I returned the car fully aware that the petrol was exactly where we he got the car and then the rep charges us $20 fuel charge. Despite arguing for a good 5 mins they would not budge and it was not worth getting a grey hair over $20. Quite annoying though and I imagine they could make a lot of money from people that don't have the time to argue with them
