I was impressed with the work Khalid did on my car previously and was unfortunate enough to get my car repaired when Khalid was not there!!! (he was not in the country it seems)
The staff over charged me nearly 4 times the actual cost and charged me more than $125 for labor for a 10 min job of replacing a part!
The replaced part was about $20 when I asked it from another shop!
A friend of mine got the same part replaced for a similar car at only $45 including labor cost!

Thank you for your feed back in regards to your review and the comment, " I guess their customers simply don't shop around" see at Taurus Service Center, we pride ourselves on quality , integrity and good old fashion service, and that has been proven by the reviews of our fantastic customers whom we serve, but if your only driven by pricing over the phone, well we can't help you my friend, as we have explained over and over giving a quotation over the phone for mechanical repairs without sighting the vehicle makes it inaccurate, but if you are satisfied with the service of the dealership as you mentioned on your another review, then makes you wonder, why are you shopping around?
