When I visit Marrickville, this place is top of mind. And when I sit down at the table, the only thing I will order is the Ph Beef Special. You can't go wrong with Ph from PHD (Pho Bac Hai Duong). This place is crowded every weeknight while the other nearby restaurants are empty (not to say that the other restaurants are bad, but that this place is at the top of their game).

When we bought our first apartment, we used Coelho & Coelho Solicitors in Epping to handle the property conveyancing. It was late in the year, and by the time we had shortlisted our choices, studied the contracts and ordered the various property reports and made an offer to the vendor, it looked like with the usual 6 week settlement over the holiday period, together with the office closures of the various parties, that we would not be able to move in until mid January.

But Coelho and Coelho expertly guided us through the contract negotiation with speed and efficiency, and they always kept us updated with the progress, and always replied promptly to our emails and phone calls. It was a smooth settlement process and felt surprisingly easy. Thanks to their dedication and efficiency, we got the keys early by mid December and were able to celebrate Christmas in our new apartment. We were really happy and impressed with this fantastic outcome :-)

A classic. They do everything right here. You can also buy the Campos coffee beans and make your own too, but its never going to be the same as the coffee served at this place.
