Great local hardware store - some staff seem to have been there as long as I've been in the district (20 years) so they know my abilities (and limitations!). Good range of stock and much more helpful than the big boys (you know who I mean).

Knowledgeable guys who are helpful with advice. They could probably come out from behind the counter a bit more, but maybe they don't want to hassle people.

I will always return to OPSM to buy my glasses and sunnies because they provide great service - nationally.
When I was working away from home in Victoria for an extended period the local OPSM shop replaced my broken glasses even though they were out of warranty. By avoiding the stupid franchise system, they can provide service like this and earn my loyalty.
