I called Glenn at about 1pm today about a Smeg oven not heating up. He said he would drop in after his current job. About an hour later he called and said he had been thinking about my problem and got me to try something out. He pinpointed the problem (that 2 other electricians couldn't guess) over the phone and turned up with the part shortly after. I had my oven fixed within 2 hours!
Excellent service, excellent price, and he clearly knows his stuff.
