So good and clean.. My new butcher. Competitive prices and way better quality. A smaller shop with the goods literally. Leaves behind moree meats who claim or have the reputation of being the best and the cheapest. I suppose they're cheaper for a reason and their meat wasn't fresh, faded and tough and I have my steak medium rare.

So many employees asked me the same questions and I had no idea what to do, let alone where my meat was when it was being processed. The staff wear no gloves and don't wash their hands after touching chicken. I saw a person touch chicken necks then handle sirloin a with the same hands. It wasn't that cheap, and my chicken livers were off when I took them home. I also saw minced meat which looked like all fat sitting in a tub on top of a bin, it was being placed into individual weighed bags by the management who I have ordered with before. After all this I can't go back.
