My only experience is with Dr Jones and the receptionists and I can't speak highly enough of them. I haven't been treated by other doctors at the surgery although I'm sure they are highly competent otherwise they wouldn't be there. Dr Jones is not only an excellent GP he is a caring person. I have been a patient of Dr Robert Elliot who operates his practise at Castle Hill Medical Centre. He's an excellent doctor I have always found him to be honest, unbiased and a man of integrity. Dr Elliot always has time to chat even when there's a waiting room full of people. When one is with the doctor one always gets the impression that he's focused on you and you alone, the queue outside doesn't exist. To my way of thinking this is the sign of a top class doctor.
The centre staff do their best but like anyone does they make errors and omissions. If you need prescriptions to be faxed to your pharmacy it's a good idea to remind them in advance so that you're not left waiting at the chemist with no sign of the prescription.
