I got two bikes few days back and I would rate them one of the best in parramatta. After visiting other store which had good collection but absolute arrogant staff I felt universe were really good, negotiable and friendly. Though they didn't had great options but did had the one I was after. I strongly recommend buyers to visit them first.

Yesterday I was at barn looking for 2 bikes for me and my daughter..we chose cycles and were looking for accessories and their staff was not really helpful and keep repeating that staff can't spend much time with me as its a busy day and customer are waiting for them and I really got offended when staff repeated this third time as I asked them if they wait for other customer then who am I..I was there to purchase worth of $800 but just gave up as I got really annoyed...waste of my time and I couldnt believe the attitude of this staff. Barn needs to send sales for customer service training.

Hi, i recently used these guys for moving my home. They are neither Cheap nor professionals and I would say they cannot differentiate fragile and normal things. In spite of spending more money which they demand they broke my things and did deep scratches on all my consumer items including Fridge, wooden cots, tear my leather bed, and what not. Mentally I was upset spending more money and getting unprofessional service from these guys and I would not recommend any one else to undergo the same pain.
