The downsides first: this salon could use some serious updating! The pictures of the styles outside and inside..you really wish your hair won't end up stuck in a time warp like that. It all looks a bit dated.
NEVERTHELESS: I went there because all other hairdressers weren't open that day and I was pleasantly surprised!
The service was outstanding, friendly and warm. There was tea, biscuits, chocolate and the best and longest massage during washing (at no extra cost), followed by a short shoulder and neck massage which was very pleasant. The colour and cut were good, I knew exactly what I wanted and that is what I got, so I was happy with that. Last but not least, very decent pricing.
Will go again.
I go to this salon every few weeks..I went there first because it was really close to where I live, but I know now that I would go even if it were on the other side of town!
The service is warm, friendly, professional and gentle. When you ask for advice, you get advice..not an advertisement for buying the products they have in stock.
The treatments are lovely and each time I just wish I could make them last longer :)
Great atmosphere too!
What a wonderful restaurant this is!
My husband and I had dinner there last night and enjoyed both the food, wine and service thoroughly.
The service was friendly, helpful but not overbearing. The food was reasonably priced for local produce and fantastic taste.
This will definitely become one of our 'nice dinner places' to go back to!
The only reason I'm giving 4.5 starts and not 5 is because their interior design could be a bit nicer. I'm not a fan of tiled floors in a restaurant, I feel it makes the space seem colder and the furniture could be slightly more 'homey'.
All in all, go there, you won't be disappointed if you are looking for a rich, delicious and satisfying meal!
