Antoinette and her girls are wonderful. The food here is amazeballs. The customer service is highly satisfactory that one must tip well to not feel a heap of guilt upon exiting the cafe.
Extremely well furnished with the expensive antique picks of the pre-war era and being in the cafe is inspiring to say the least.
Currently being a Labrador resident, and soon to be a Hope Island dweller, I am happy to say that I will be in Labrador on the weekends and stop by the Chirn Park shops to provide Madam Tojo's with the business and company they deserve!
I had Michelle Eldridge sell me my first home on Saturday. I will be back to buy or sell with Michelle. She is an honest and helpful professional, which is very rare to find in today's real estate lot.
Fantastic! Just had my second organic acai berry juice and my first potato, salsa and olive bread thingy...it was amazing! Eat here and help the environment as Giri Kana really help by taking the carbon footprint off with their sustainable foods and setups.
We came down here for lunch and the four of us were delighted! The portion sizes are questionable, but the prices here are some of the best along Surf Parade. Make sure you grab a 15% off business card on your way in, and don't forget to show it when you're seeing the damages! Food is awesome!
The vibe is classy and up market, but the mood is friendly and approachable. My mate walked in without a shirt or thongs, only his boardies, and they were kind enough to ask us if we had a shirt, and we didn't but they let us stay.
The smoothies are awesome. Try Mango Tango! A blissful blend of mango, honey and cinnamon goodness! They also have their new superfruit acai berry (of the Amazon) smoothie and acai bowls. They are great also. The foods here are so darn healthy that you'll feel good about yourself after you walk out!
So when you're in Broadbeach next time, visit these guys!
The ladies here are fantastic! I was forced to check in my little skateboard (it is a small plastic 'Penny') as the new regulations with skateboards on carry-on baggage were introduced. The AVIS ladies let me leave the little skateboard with them until I got back home from Sydney! They are truly great ladies and because of that, I will rent AVIS cars from here on forward, if I ever do need to rent a car!
A great little regional airport. Quite busy at times. Best shot if you are from the Gold Coast or surrounds, is to park your car in Kirra, across the main road from the Airport, and walk over. Free parking and it is a safe area!
Absolutely and uttterly the worst service I have ever received from any store in the world. The staff that served me just before closing time were terrible. They don't acknowledge their customers at all or thank them. I am not surprised that reviewer, Teggy, also found this place terrible.
