I enjoy being out and about, nature and taking as many holidays as possible. I love shopping and grabbing a good bargain, sipping a good latte and generally being on the move. I love having the opportunity to review all my favourite businesses and the few not so nice, and hope that my reviews are useful to other people.

Having only recently relocated to the area it is a pleasure to discover Robina Town Centre is my new local. Having undergone an amazing refurbishment the modern layout and easy to navigate levels will have you coming back again and again. It truly is the place where you can do all your shopping, or window shopping ;)
From the outside its modern architecture and waterways make for a pleasant change from other shopping centres, it is built around the bus terminals and train station to assist with easy transport options and offers heaps of parking and easy to navigate roads in and out for regular shoppers.
A wonderful selection of shops from your big chains such as Woolworths, Big W and Kmart, Priceline and JB Hi-Fi to your more boutique style stores such as Guess, Cue and Veronika Maine. There are not many shopping centres where you he David Jones, Myer, Kmart and Big W under the one roof.
For the movie buff, there is Event Cinemas with Gold Class and a substantial food court and plenty cafés to satisfy your hunger pains.
Definitely one to check out if you are in the area.
Looking for a bbq, a new fridge or a succulent for the backyard? Look no further than the newly established Masters at Robina. The warehouse is brand new and filled with an enormous range from homewares to hardware.
The warehouse style layout is organised and provides adequate signage so you can find navigate your way around. I was shocked at just how much they stock. You can renovate your kitchen or bathroom utilizing the design layouts on show, purchase a new designer fridge or purchase your own DIY built in wardrobe.
For the green thumb of the family, there is a nice selection of plants, waterfalls for your zen garden and equipment which will make you the envy of your neighbours. Top it off with a brand new bbq and day bed and you will have the whole family smiling.
Easy to get to location off Christine Ave, plenty of parking and friendly service.
Unfortunately I did find some of the prices to be a little higher than competitors, particularly on household storage items so best to do your research beforehand.
Having driven up to Tambourine Mountains for a sightsee all too soon our stomachs were a grumbling and a hearty meal is what it craves. We stopped at the Bavarian, which captures your attention with its traditional decor and European influenced design.
The restaurant itself has been carved out well and offers a number of photo opportunities with the family. From the time you are seated everything about this restaurant is German. From the traditional clothing the waitresses wear, to the beers and the sauerkraut.
We ordered a round of 550ml ales which went down lovely with our massive pretzel to share. Had I known that would have filled the spot I would have held back from ordering goulash which came out being much smaller than the share platter we had expected and lacked the traditional goulash flavour I am accustomed to.
The lack of air conditioning will have you sweltering on a hot day so best to sit outside or by the large open windows if you can. Friendly and attentive customer service and ample parking onsite.
Overall, I was happy we tried it out as it was something different to add to the list however not quite what i was expecting for the high prices. Next time I will stick with my beer and pretzel.
