I have been with them for the last 2 years, been treated by different doctors all of whom I'm happy with (Dr Despot is indeed great, I admit). The prices are not high, the service provided is good. Weekends are usually booked for 2-3 weeks ahead, but you will normally find a spot on weekdays in case of an emergency.

Have been there for two consecutive maintenance checks for a scooter. I didn't have any problems with it, but I prefer a peace of mind so I have it serviced and inspected regularly. I can't tell much on the price side, at that time I didn't mind - not cheap, but at least they display it on the web site and the list of checks they do* (see below) looks good. Staff was always friendly - no complaints on that either.
The thing is, right after the second service (in about a day) a fuel line cracked next to the carb intake and started spilling fuel on the engine. It took me a few days (I thought I had nothing to worry about) to realise something was wrong (it's actually funny if you think about it - I though it was the smell of construction paint, until it started stinking like hell and I started feeling it even when riding), and when I looked inside - F#ME! - I would have bricked my pants if I new I was riding an unlit torch all that time! Had to replace that line sodding myself after all.
Interestingly, at least the last service I had, amongst other things included "fuel lines and tank inspection", non of which I guess never had a look at, as the line I replaced looked quite bad on the faulty end. That makes me question how much of the stuff from the list (that I paid for) has actually been done, and what would it have been like if I had a problematic bike.
Anyway, that's exactly what I'm trying to avoid, so next time I'll pick another place for service.

'Been taking blue slip inspections there for some years, great place, flexible with time, no picking, fast and clean.
