This cinema is pretty good value, cheaper than the one at Macarthur Square and they don't seem to be pimping their staff, well anyway the staff are much nicer. It has a very nice feel to it, is properly staffed, with beautiful ceilings, nice uniforms. The recliners are much cheaper than MacSq. Quite reasonable candy bar prices and they have wine, beer etc and a Cheese Platter! They are also really family friendly and have a jumping castle for school holidays.
We ordered at 8pm. 2 hours later Domino's called to say Pizza is on its way. Pizza still hadn't arrived by 11pm. Tried calling and they were closed! (So we went out for McDonalds) About half an hour later delivery guy showed up. We told him that he was lost if he thought we would want a pizza 3.5 hours after ordering it. He whinged to us that he would have to pay for it himself as he couldn't take it back to shop. How Rude!
We complained to Domino's Head Office. They told us that because in the end we did not pay for or accept the order they don't care but they have taken our feedback on board. Needless to say we have not ordered from Domino's since!
Went to sizzlers (at a cost of $38 for 1 adult + a 5 year old!) Poorest buffet selection ever. They had about 7 different types of salad that were all basically the same. There were no greek salads, no caesars, there were basically 7 seafood salads.
Cheese bread came cold. Ice out of order on drink machine (in summer). Claggy spaghetti. The prawn chips could have broken someones teeth... if anyone had dared to eat it. Poor, poor experience. Never again. Not one person was impressed with the high price and low selection out of a table of 12.
