My name's Sean. I live in Sydney - that's why they call me seansydney! But don't fear - I've travelled to every state of Australia & reviewed anywhere that either annoys me, amazes me or ably accepts me into their establishment! I hope my reviews help you as you travel around too.

This store is brand new (has only been opened 2 days at this time), so maybe things will change. But given that my response to their product is 'it's nothing special', then I'm not sure there's much they could change.
Had one of their chicken pita's, and I'm not sure why but they seemed to lose my order - I had to ask twice.
When I opened it, I was surprised by the range of ingredients inside, and they tasted nice enough (especially the cheese). However, for what I paid I couldn't really taste the difference between it and the kebab shop down the road. The real disappointment was, however, that when I got about halfway down the pita there was this big hole at the bottom where there was no pita - just juicy salad. I asked a staff member about this (because I thought it must have been a mistake) they said "oh no, let me show you the trick to eating it". This was to get a stack of serviettes and use your hands to eat the salad. Quite a trick, especially if you don't want to get messy...
What made this even harder to eat was that there were only 3 tables in the whole place (2 inside, 1 outside) and their own staff were taking up 1 of them - and this was at tea time when I'd have thought they would want customers, not make it hard for them.
Can't really see why I'd bother going back to be honest - just nothing special about them.
I appreciate an organization that is willing to stand up to admit when they don't meet their own standards and then act upon that.
After one initial setback with the ED here, the service received from drs, nurses & senior staff here was outstanding, and the recognition of their response to the setback being insufficient was humble and genuine.
I'd be very happy to get treated here anytime.
For a place that prides itself on chicken, it was a disappointment that the 2 lots of rotisserie chicken we had were dry & chewy - overlooked.
The burgers, however, were delicious - especially the skinless chicken fillet burger.
Fairly good prices, especially for the area. Just don't get the rotisserie chicken.
