Great Boot Camps! Fun, friendly and intense workouts! Small classes and the best Trainers I've ever had! I went to the one at their Nerang Gym which was great as they have an indoor Boot Camp room, however the same Personal Trainers also run them all over the Gold Coast. Give them a go!!!
