Petal Met Sugar is an ingenious hybrid (florist and patisserie), that caters to all sorts of events, from weddings to birthday parties to swanky corporate functions, and creates incredible works of flowery, floury goodness to indulge the senses.
We spoke with Angela from Petal Met Sugar to discover their local story:
What is your story?
Petal Met Sugar is a florist meets dessert shop based in Woolloomooloo. In our workshop space with open kitchen and florist bench, customers are able to come in and watch our creations come to life and also enjoy some desserts, coffee and tea.
What is your business famous for? Do you have a signature dish?
Terrarium – the Terrarium is a passion fruit and finger lime panna cotta with cocoa nib “soil” and edible flower garden, all encased within a white chocolate shell.
What is your favourite local business?
John Montagu – great local cafe! Always bustling, they do amazing sandwiches and salads with super friendly staff.
