A Moveable Feast for Bondi Gourmands

True Local Bondi A Moveable Feast

If Sydney could be summed up in just a few words, they would probably be ‘beach’, ‘food’, ‘wine’, and ‘fashion’. As it turns out, A Moveable Feast just happens to tick all those boxes!

Running seasonally with a new venue and theme for every event, A Moveable Feast brings together incredible food, wine, champagne, and a fun excuse to dress up and meet fellow gourmands, foodies, and the curious alike. Last October saw the invite-only event in full Halloween glory, held at the Pine Forest ‘Sleepy Hollow’ – otherwise known as Centennial Park – with gory-sounding nosh including Children of the Corn on the cob.

The 2016 calendar kicks off on Saturday 12th March at Bondi Beach to bid farewell to summer and in the form of an enchanting pastel picnic theme and curated live performances all night. Be sure to get your tickets early before places run out.

Expect more of the same frivolity and fun this time round, as revellers are encouraged to dress up for the occasion in your best pastel beach chic wear reminiscent of the Riviera and kick up your heels for an unforgettable night amongst friends. Be sure to get a bit crazy with your outfit as there will be best dressed contests held via Instagram.

Tickets include a gourmet hamper for two people (with vegetarian or gluten-free options available), three magnums of French Champagne and three magnums of Provence Rosé to share amongst your table of 30 guests. Additional wine bars will also be set up should you need an extra top-up of bubbly.

Become the head of a ‘clan’ by taking charge of rounding up 28 mates and fill up a full table all to yourselves. If you get in quick, you can even score a complimentary magnum of champagne for your table to share for the night.

For a magical night of fine dining and dancing barefoot under the moonlight on the sands of Bondi Beach, A Moveable Feast is one not to be missed. To register as the head of a clan, email the organisers directly at hello@amoveablefeastevents.com.au or book a pair of early bird tickets through the A Moveable Feast website.
