On the menu are crazy events like Barbecue Wars, Barber Wars and Butcher Wars, where you’ll see the best Aussie craftsmen in each category battle it out in a bunch of challenges for cash and glory. Sydney Chinese New Year Festival

It’s time to shoo away the Year of the Ram and welcome the cheeky Year of the Monkey, and to celebrate, let’s get a little playful! It’s the 20th anniversary of Sydney’s Chinese New Year Festival, and for the first time ever, the city will light up with giant lunar lanterns representing the signs of the Chinese Zodiac. Walk from Circular Quay to Chinatown and beyond, all while taking in lion dances, musical performances and fashion showcases. Find out more

That’s exactly what you’ll get to experience at the Color Run Night this February in Sydney. The Color Run is known as the ‘happiest 5K on the planet’, and this special night time event is your chance to get your glow on as you run, walk, crawl or roll your way to the finish line under the stars.
