How do reviews affect your business?
People trust the opinion of others and like to hear what they say about a business before using it. They also like to share their own experiences too. Not only do reviews help potential customers make informed decisions, they also provide your business with valuable feedback and a way for you to showcase your customer skills.
We found that True Local business listings with up to 5 reviews can get up to 5 times more views than those with none*. That’s a lot more people looking at your business!
The best thing about reviews for your business is the exposure. Whether it’s good or bad, earning more reviews will lead people to your website and social pages, thus helping to spread the word.
