Housed in a 100-year-old cottage, Budburst Small Bar is split into a front bar and alfresco area catering to those want to pop in for a drink and snack, and a more formal dining room for those who want a sit-down meal.

The menu features mouth-watering charcuterie boards to share – try the duck, pancetta and pistachio terrine with cornichons, served with brioche and crispbread (S $26/ L$32) as well as smaller taster plates. Don’t miss the Spanner crab with couscous, shaved fennel, avocado, toasted buckwheat and roast lemon paste ($16).

The Aviary

You’re spoilt for choice at The Aviary as it spans over three floors. The Perch is located on the ground floor and is the perfect alfresco space to people-watch while you sip on prosecco and dive into tasty bites.
