We’ve waved goodbye to the warm weather for another year, but that doesn’t mean you have to lock yourself away until spring. There are loads of indoor activities in Adelaide to keep you entertained. Just a have a look at this lot!
If you thought your swimming days were over until next summer, think again. You can still have all your splashy fun at the Adelaide Aquatic Centre. It’s a sprawling palace of indoor watery goodness, boasting three different pools, various fitness facilities, spas, a sauna and a steam room. The 50m main pool is perfect for swimming laps, while the recently renovated leisure pool is bursting with slides and play equipment. The last one is a diving pool, so feel free to take a plunge or two.
“Still great service… love how they still have normal taps in the Change room. Hate those push ones that last for 2 seconds. I pretty much go to this one over the other one (even though I’m 5 mins away) because it has lots of showers and you can have a hot shower not a cold one when you finish swimming.” – Jessica15
