Take a ride through the evolution of the Pokémon universe from Red & Blue to X & Y, with scenes from the games and movies accompanied by specially-made arrangements by the Sydney Symphony Orchestra. Dim Sum Pop-Up Bar by Eric Koh

We love our dumplings here at True Local, so you can imagine our tears of joy when Eric Koh opened a pop-up dumpling joint at the Work In Progress bar on Kent Street in the city. The former dumpling wizard at Mr Wong, Eric Koh was most recently part of the team who brought the Michelin-starred Tim Ho Wan dumpling brand to Australia. Now back with the Merivale group, and soon to open a new venue in Enmore featuring Hong Kong-inspired street food, this dim sum pop-up is a delicious not-to-be-missed sneak peek at the genius behind the steamer. Find out more »
