I took my cat to 4 Paws when she was very ill. They took amazing care of her in the lead up to serrious surgery. The operation was a complete success and she has been well ever since. I am very grateful for their care and would have no hestitation in recommending them to anyone with an animal.
Hi Lucy, Many thanks for your feedback. We are so pleased that your little one is doing much better and look forward to seeing her again soon. Best wishes, 4 Paws
I recently had my jack-russell have a check up here and was really happy they were able to assist getting him the right medication as my previous vet had put tom on very severe medication which caused him to go very drowsy. So happy my little boy is better and has a lot more energy!
The staff here love pets! I could sense that from when I first entered the surgery. The only issue I found was parking and taking my very large Great Dane (who is not exactly road smart) along the main road of military road. However, this is on me, for getting a rescue dog. We both walked out of there happy campers!
Thanks for your review Big Kev. I'm sorry you couldn't find our parking. It is accessible via Grosvenor Lane. Please see our website for a map or ring the clinic and we'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction. Best Wishes, 4 Paws
Very courteous staff towards me and my baby Baily, and treated us both very well! I have pet insurance and was covered by this for some of the care, so I think this Vet was good value. My only issue is there is no parking! I suggest parking just in the woolworths car park around the corner, otherwise it is impossible to get parking on Military road especially because it is a clearway after 3pm.
I wish I had never taken my dog there. My dog injured her leg and I took her to this vet who said she just had muscle damage. They charge through the roof and I wasn't really keen to get a second opinion straight away since I'd already forked out $200 for this consultation. I should have had doubts about this diagnosis though as my dog was limping quite badly. I finished the medication the vet prescribed as advised and after the course of anti-inflammatories my dog was still limping. I took her to another vet who correctly diagnosed torn ligaments which have been further exacerbated due to the delay caused by incorrect diagnosis. I am sorry I ever took my dog there in the first place.
