Took weeks to come after calling, even after dealing with the rudest lady on the phone seriously who answers a business call like that! Somewhat fixed the hot water issue but not properly and left us with a leak that they refused to come around and fix! As we’ve had to get someone else to come and fix their mistake we’ve learnt that the fittings aren’t even the right ones nor is anything properly installed as the new plumber has said it’s the dogiest job he’s seen in awhile! Find someone else to do your plumbing and save yourself weeks of waiting, rude phone calls and even more problems! I would give 0 stars if that was an option.
