Absolutely DISGUSTING...!!!!!
Six months after the installation of shower doors by ASAP Glass, Worongary, we discovered severe dampness in the adjoining bedroom.

I paid a plumber and tiler to investigate - no problems with pipes or tiling were found.
I then called the insurance company and after another week of investigating, testing and replacing the shower floor tiles... the leak continued!!!

Left my window with a big scratch have asked to speak to the manager 3 times now and never get a call back, terrible customer service and unprofessional waste of my money

Worst 'ASAP' service i have ever had... took nearly 4 weeks to fix a small window.... 1st guy to attend couldnt measure it right,2nd guy to attend 2 weeks later scratched my window frame and 3rd guy to attend hasnt even sealed the window correctly so it leaks..... in the end they credited the cost however im now left with a non water tight window and a wrecked window frame...will never use them or recommend asap glass to anyone!

ASAP Glass? After organising for a window to be replaced, giving measurements and contact details for the person onsite, not only did they never contact the person onsite, they didn't contact us to say they hadn't! I would hardly Call 2 weeks ASAP. Big Thumbs down!

Being new to the Gold Coast we used ASAP Glass on the recommendation of a friend. First and last time we will use them and I would not recommend them to anyone. Customer service was a joke!!!!
Job took over 3 weeks, our tenants were without a window and I NEVER received a phone call with updates- I had to call them at least 6 times to get any feedback on the progress of the job.
Never spoke to the same person, they could never find the address or job details and I was given incorrect information multiple times.
Not sure how the tradespeople were with the tenants, but the office aspect leaves plenty to be desired.
