We returned from our 1 week holiday to notice a dint in 2 panels of our vehicle the moment we stepped off the bus. We notified the office immediately and was met with complete and immediate denial of any responsibility. 10 phone calls later and a return (150km) trip so the manager Christine could examine the damage herself only to be told that "there is no way that type of damage could have occurred here" The smash repair company advised us that the vehicle had been reversed into a towbar. When we notified Christine of this and she then refused to talk to us. Your company ethics are low A1, a parking voucher is no replacement for damaging someones property. I would like to think no one would trust their vehicle in your care. Sincerely Paul and Bonnie
I started parking here around 6 months ago and have continued ever since! I've tried other airport parking's and none compare to A1. Their service is so impressive, they're so friendly and kind to me and my family, I can always rely on them, the staff are so welcoming and super super fast service! So many times I've been running late and every time they've done everything in their order to ensure I make it to my flight on time. Trust me, you can't go wrong with this one!
