Do not use this company . They charged my credit card twice for the same transaction and admitted it was there mistake . But do you think I can get it refunded , have been waiting to get a refund now for $149 for 3 months , keep getting a different story every time I make contact. I think there days are numbered.
Hired a truck from Browns Plains and paid for everything, had the truck back same day and all was well (made sure to show them the fuel was full ). Except for the trucks steering which if you got to 90 klms would near shake out of your hands, told office but not much interest in that. What happened to saftey of the person that hired it or for that matter the public on the roads? Then go home and then to do shopping to find out that the $750 deposit had not been put back into my account. Then find out after a call that it takes 7 days to go back into my account. I have hired trucks from other companies before and never had this happen,as they are only supposed to hold your card number in case of any damage. First time to use Able and the last time and the girl that served me had only been there for a week with no help in case of needing help if she needed it. She could do with more training but that's management not doing their job and trying to save a little moneyread more
I went thru 4 tolls in the car and my govia work for only 3 which i didnt realise. in turn they got sent a bill from GOVIA for the toll and admin fees which totalled 10.96. Abel then proceeded to charge me an extra $55 on top of that for their own admin fees ( ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS). When we rang i about the bill we got sent i had paid the 10.96 already and they didnt care we had to pay it no matter what as thats their policy, no compassion, we can prove that we went thru the other times it was just unlucky that it didnt work that one time but they dont care. they have now taken the whole 65.96 out of me credit card so have also now double charged a portion of this. Will take my business elsewhere and make sure everyone i know does too
NOT a good experience! When we originally booked all itinerary was sent through and the next day they rang back and informed us that there where more additional costs that THEY forgot to mention after already sending through confirmation on prices. Then when we picked up the truck the fuel gage was NOT on full (which they were aware of) and when we returned it we filled it right up so I mentioned that and the person says "you didn't have to do that" oh yeah and if it had less fuel in it than when I got it I bet it would have been a different story... Don't worry I'll just measure it out next time. But no compensation was offered!!! lacking in customer service I think!! and we will not be using again!!
