Very poor customer service. Too many mistakes in their Booking- and we had to pay for their mistakes which costs us hundreds of dollars when Perisher Valley Hotel refused to cancel the extra night AA booked in error. Poor form indeed. AA threatened defamation unless we remove the negative reviews we had published on them which simply prompted me to write this poor review of them. Sorry- don't risk it.
