Milo was able to make an appt for our broken washing machine in quick time. Visited, identified the issue straight up, and luckily had the new valve in the van. He explained the problem well, efficiently repaired the machine, tested it fully, and all is now well. A good job at a good rate. We'll be using Academy App Services again. Thanks for your time, Milo!
I would not recommend this company. Very unprofessional, little to no customer service skills, and in my dealings; incompetent.

I was very disappointed with service! twice appointments were made to collect washing machine and he did not bother to show up or ring. It took over three weeks to get washing machine picked up fixed and returned. He lost the foot and replaced it with one that did not fit and was generally uninformative about missing to come or call when promised.
