Accent Blinds

I just recently bought my blinds at Accent Blinds Wallsend, NSW. I was warmly welcomed from the staff, and my first impression was great! But there were instances that they dont have the answer to some of my queries, though its understandable; I just ignored it. I was impressed with their product when they showed me whats on their display. You can see how good the quality and construct of their product is, and that is one reason why I chose Accent for my blinds instead than other brands.

Accent Blinds staff are well trained for their job. I went there in search of a good window furnishing for my windows.

They were very informative (not to the point that they are imposing) in every way they could, and Im so appreciative of that. They also gave me enough time to think and decide what I needed, which is a good quality since I dont want to feel coerced in buying a product which I dont really feel like owning. I want to buy a product when I have finally decided I wanted to. Thats one trait I like about the way the staff of Accent Blinds are trained for.

And for that, kudos to the staff of Accent Blinds for a great job!

I never thought that Awnings would be the answer to my sun problems at home. We have always been bugged by the sun coming in from outside through our windows, especially during sunrise and sunset.



We have Accent Curtains before, but it still wasnt enough for sun protection. The staff at Accent advised us to install awnings for added protection; we heeded their suggestion and now our problems have been solved.



Of course, as always, we have never been disappointed with Accent Blinds professional sales and service, ever since. Theyre dependable and recommendable!

I found the Accent staff to be polite and friendly when I rang yesterday to enquire about the progress of my blinds. I did however find they couldnt provide me with an answer on the spot, but was surprised to have a call back within the hour to be notified my blinds will be arriving ahead of the scheduled appointment date.



Its great to be able to speak to a customer service staff person who make the effort to treat me like Im their number one priority. Im looking forward to seeing my blinds installed.
