Customer service is not a strong point. The distance from the terminal to pick up point is unreasonable and would be impractical for an elderly or inform person. Staff were polite but explanation of charges was pathetic. Car was good but not well valeted (old chewing in glove compartment, bits of rubbish in car). Go with a reputable well known rental car company. It took over 1 hour from the time we called ACE rental cars to the time we were picked up by the shuttle bus.
